Quick & Health Raspberry & Peach Smoothie

♥ 1 Peach de-stoned and cut into small pieces
♥ 1 Cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
♥ 1 Dessert spoonful of low calorie sweetener
♥ 200ml skimmed milk
♥ 6 Cubes of ice

♥ Wash fruit and place into a blender.


♥ Add milk and blend together for a couple of minutes to make sure it is as smooth as possible.

♥ Add sweetener and half of the ice cubes, then continue blending until the ice is not in big chunks.

♥ Taste a small spoonful of the smoothie to check if it is sweet enough, if not add a tiny bit more sweetener.


♥ Add the rest of the ice cubes and blend for a few more minutes until the smoothie is the right consistency.  If it is too thick, add a splash more of milk.

♥ Serve and enjoy!
