Healthy Banana, Blueberries & Almond Milk Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for breakfast in the winter months. With a hint of spice, high fibre and 234 calories, its great to start your day.

Ingredients
♥ Small banana
♥ handful of blueberries
♥ 5 tablespoons almond milk
♥ 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
♥ 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
♥ 3 tablespoons of water

Method
♥ Chop up the banana and wash a handful of blueberries
♥ Put all ingredients in blender
♥ Blend for 2 minutes until smooth
♥ Add extra water to thin smoothie out if needed
♥ Enjoy!
