As you all know, I love a bubble bath. It’s the perfect way to relax and unwind from a busy day, especially if there are candles and a hot chocolate involved too.
My two favourite shops during the festive season have to be Lush and The Body Shop. They always sell the perfect Christmas scents to keep me going until the 25th December. I mean, what is Christmas time without warm spices, peppermint candy canes and melting marshmallows?
This year, both Lush and The Body Shop have you covered, as always. I haven’t had the time (or the money!) to buy every single Christmas themed bubble bar or bath foam, but I have tried a couple that I’ve really enjoyed and can’t wait to repurchase.
The Body Shop – Vanilla Marshmallow Bubbling Bath
This sweet surprise is perfect for a festive bubble bath. A little goes a long way and leaves your skin smelling super sweet with the scent of vanilla and roasted marshmallows. What’s not to love? At £8.50 a bottle it’s a bit on the pricey side for a bubble bath, but with The Body Shop you get luxury – just what you need after a hard day of Christmas shopping!
The Body Shop – Peppermint Candy Cane Bubbling Bath
With a refreshing scent of festive candy canes, this bath foam will make you feel super Christmassy. It’s also enriched with honey from Ethiopia, leaving your skin super soft and your mouth watering for a candy cane or two! Don’t let the vibrant green colour put you off, as the smell is very invigorating.
Lush – Yog Nog Yule Log
I absolutely LOVE a bubble bar from Lush, especially ones from the Christmas collection. The Yog Nog Yule Log just smells like Christmas. With cinnamon and nutmeg making you feel all warm and snug as you relax amongst the bubbles. It smells so good and makes a huge amount of bubbles. The best thing is although it’s above £5, you can use it more than once. Giving you delicious smelling bubble baths for days!
Lush – Candy Cane Bubble Bar
The Lush Candy Cane Bubble Bar is a re-purchase for me this year! I bought it multiple times last December so as soon as I saw it in Lush again this year I had to buy it. This sweet smelling bubble bar has a deliciously fresh and fruity fragrance and makes beautiful bubbles. However I wish I had read the instructions as this bubble bar you hold under running water and then set aside to dry, most other ones you break a bit off under hot water and crumble it. I was a bit confused when nothing was happening!
